How Soldum protects your scripts, your financial data and your team's exchanges.
Confidentiality is the cornerstone of our business. Your scripts and budgets are highly sensitive documents, and we treat them as such. Here's how we protect your projects.
Who can read my script?
Access to your project is strictly limited to the team members you explicitly invite. Soldum's teams do not have access to the content of your scripts or budgets, unless you grant us temporary authorization as part of a technical support request.
Is my script used to train AI?
No. Your scripts, your notes and your budget data belong to you. They are in no way used to train the artificial intelligence models of Soldum or of third-party partners.
What about messages exchanged on WhatsApp?
Messages sent to the production's WhatsApp group are processed by our assistant to update your project (for example, to move a time slot). Only messages addressed to the assistant are analyzed. Each team member must give their explicit consent before joining the channel.
What happens to my data if I leave Soldum?
You keep full control over your projects. You can export all of your documents (quotes, call sheets, contracts, lists) at any time. If you decide to delete a project or close your account, all associated data is permanently erased from our servers.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes, Soldum is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your files are hosted on secure servers located in Europe.
