Invite your collaborators, assign precise roles, chat in the team messaging and share your address book across projects.
A film is made by many. Soldum is designed for the whole production team: everyone accesses what concerns them, with the right level of permissions, and exchanges without leaving the platform.
Roles tailored to each job
You invite your collaborators by email and assign them a role that determines what they can see and edit:

| Director | Drives the creative side: breakdown, casting, scheduling. |
| Assistant director | Manages the schedule and the call sheets. |
| Location management | Access to field information (schedule, call sheets, logistics). |
| Crew | Views the schedule, the breakdown and their call sheets. |
| Reader | Read-only access, ideal for partners and investors. |
You can also fine-tune permissions module by module for a given collaborator (for example, opening budget access to a specific department head).
Team messaging
Each project has its own messaging, so exchanges stay in the right place:
- A group channel bringing together all the project members.
- Private conversations (one-to-one) between two members.
- Text, voice and document messages: voice messages are automatically transcribed, and a summary can be generated for long exchanges.
Comments
Everywhere in the app, you can leave contextual comments (on a scene, a budget line, a resource…) to raise a question or validate a point with the team, without going through a lost email.
Your organization's address book
Your contacts (actors, technicians, providers) are gathered in your organization's address book, shared across all your projects. You can import them, and Soldum automatically suggests contacts already known when you build a new team. Your contacts follow you from film to film.
Notifications
Important changes (an assistant action, a signed contract, an approaching deadline) trigger notifications, so no one misses key information. Everyone sets their own notification preferences.
