Contracts
Soldum includes the official SACD templates — option agreement, adaptation option, authors' rights (adaptation, screenplay, screenplay & directing for features or shorts, director) — as well as the fixed-term contracts for your crew, at collective-agreement minimums.
- Pick and complete — Soldum pre-fills everything it already knows; you only type the deal terms.
- Send for signature — each signatory gets a secure link and signs from their phone. Latecomers are chased automatically.
- Archive — the signed contract is timestamped and filed in the project, downloadable at any time.
Legal standing
The templates provided are the SACD's standard contracts, and the built-in electronic signature has evidential value (timestamping and traceability). Soldum makes the paperwork easier but does not replace a specialist lawyer.
The document library
Three tabs, and the right version of every document: your quotes (each version, its date, its total), your contracts (from drafting to signature), your suppliers' bids (comparable side by side).

The formats are the ones your counterparts already use. Everything you entered can come back out.
The payroll export never lies by omission
An incomplete line is not silently exported: it is excluded, with the detail of what is missing. You fix it, then run it again — rather than sending a misleading payroll file.
Post-production
While you prepare the shoot, Soldum spots the shots in the breakdown that need VFX or special treatment, and costs them into the budget. Duration benchmarks help you size editing and grading, so you reach the end of the shoot with post-production already framed.
