What Soldum does for you

Shoot

Shooting schedule, calendar and call sheets: the most efficient shooting order, and the documents that go with it.

Shoot

The shooting schedule

Once the breakdown is approved and your resources secured, Soldum computes the optimal shooting order: it groups scenes by location, optimises performers' days (the Day Out of Days) and respects legal working hours.

  • Adjust by hand: drag a scene to move it. Soldum warns you if the move creates a conflict — performer unavailable, extra cost.
  • Export to PDF to circulate, to Excel to rework.
  • The document carries its version number and date, which move up on their own as soon as the plan changes. Nobody works from a "final schedule v2" that no one can vouch for.

Three views, the same days

  • The shooting schedule — the reference document, the one you circulate.
  • The calendar — the month view: prep, shoot, travel and hold days, with their legend.
  • The list — the costed detail of each day: overtime, night hours, estimated cost.

Call sheets

An approved day yields its call sheet: call times, wrap, weather, location address, scenes to shoot.

  • Distributed by secure link, with no account to create — and the link can be revoked and regenerated if a version left too early.
  • The day's recap goes out on WhatsApp.
  • At wrap, the production report is produced as a PDF.

💬 Ask the assistant

  • "It's raining: cancel this afternoon's exteriors and find interiors we can shoot instead."
  • "What's Marie Dupont's schedule next week?"
  • "Generate and send tomorrow's call sheet."
