What Soldum does for you
Cost tracking & Reports
Compare estimated, committed and actual costs in real time, position your project with benchmarks, and produce your production reports.
Preparing a budget is good; sticking to it is better. Soldum gives you a permanent view of the gap between what you had planned and what you actually spend.
What does it do for me?
Soldum continuously consolidates the financial state of your project and distinguishes three levels for each line:
- Estimated: the budget forecast from your Quote.
- Committed: what is already booked or contracted (validated actors, locked sets, signed contracts).
- Actual: what has effectively been spent.
This way you see, line by line, whether you're on track or over budget, without waiting for the end of the shoot.
How do I use it?
- Track your variances: the cost report highlights the lines that are over budget so you can react in time.
- Position your project: anonymized benchmarks let you compare your budget structure with that of comparable projects (optional feature, subject to your consent).
- Produce your reports: generate a production report (PDF) to present to your partners or your monitoring committee.
What do I get?
Deliverable: A cost-tracking report (estimated / committed / actual) and an exportable production report. You steer your film with up-to-date figures, not with last week's estimates.
💬 Ask the assistant
- "Which lines are over budget compared to the quote?"
- "What's the total amount committed to date?"
- "Generate the production report."
