Organizing shooting days is a constant headache. Soldum automates the creation of your shooting schedule by taking dozens of constraints into account simultaneously.
What does it do for me?
Once your Breakdown is validated and your resources (actors, sets) secured, Soldum computes the optimal shooting order. It intelligently groups scenes by set, optimizes the actors' days (the "Day Out of Days" or DOOD, i.e. the calculation of their days present and absent), and respects your team's legal working time.
How do I use it?
You have a visual, dynamic shooting schedule:
- Adjust the plan: Prefer to shoot scene 12 in the afternoon? Move it manually by simple drag-and-drop. Soldum immediately alerts you if this move creates a conflict (e.g. actor unavailable, budget overrun).
- Generate the call sheets: Once the day is validated, Soldum automatically generates the call sheet. It includes the call times, wrap time, weather, set address, and the scenes to shoot.
- Distribute to the team: The call sheet is distributed to the team, and the recap is sent to the production's WhatsApp group.
